Der Klassiker: ein Erdbeerkuchen in Herzform zum Muttertag. Die kleinen roten Früchte machen aber auch in anderer Form eine gute Figur und versüßen uns und unseren Liebsten mit ihrem köstlichen Aroma jeden Tag!

Rezept: Frozen Joghurt

Zutaten für 3-4 Portionen

  • 300 g TK-Erdbeeren
  • 5 EL Honig
  • 650 ml Magerjoghurt
  • 200 ml Milch
  • 50 g Puderzucker
  • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
  • Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
  • 3-4 frische Erdbeeren zum Dekorieren

Zubereitung

Erdbeeren und Honig in einen Standmixer geben und alles pürieren. Joghurt mit Milch, Puderzucker und Vanillezucker verrühren. Erdbeerpüree und Zitronensaft zur Joghurtmasse hinzufügen und unterheben.
Die Masse in eine Eismaschine geben. Pro Portion 1 bis 2 Eiskugeln abstechen und mit je einer Erdbeere garniert servieren.
Wer keine Eismaschine hat, ersetzt die Milch durch geschlagene Sahne
und stellt die Masse in einer Auflaufform 2 bis 3 Stunden ins Gefrierfach.
Dabei die Eismasse mehrmals umrühren.


Tipp: Den Frozen Joghurt ruhig ein paar Minuten vor dem Servieren antauen lassen – so erhält das Eis eine tolle Cremigkeit.

Rezept: Erdbeer-Baiser

Zutaten für 6 Stück

Für die Baisers

  • 2 frische Eiweiß
  • 1 TL Zitronensaft
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 125 g Zucker
  • 1 TL Speisestärke
  • 1 TL Weißweinessig
  • 1/2 TL Vanilleestrakt

Für die Füllung

  • 500 g Erdbeeren
  • 200 ml Sahne
  • 1 Pck. Vanillezucker

Zubereitung

Backofen vorheizen (130 Grad, Ober-/Unterhitze). Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Für die Baisers Eiweiß, Zitronensaft und Salz steif schlagen. Zucker unter ständigem Rühren einrieseln lassen und weiterschlagen, bis die Masse fest und glänzend ist.

Nun Stärke hineinsieben und kurz unterheben, danach Essig und Vanilleextrakt. Masse in einen Spritzbeutel füllen und spiralförmig einen Kreis als Boden auf das Backpapier spritzen. Dann einen Rand aufspritzen, sodass sich eine Schalenform ergibt.

Auf der mittleren Schiene im Ofen eine Stunde trocknen lassen. Temperatur auf 120 Grad reduzieren und weitere 30 Minuten trocknen, dann im ausgeschalteten Ofen eine Stunde ruhen lassen. Auskühlen lassen.

Für die Füllung 125 g Erdbeeren waschen, putzen und pürieren. Sahne mit Vanillezucker steif schlagen. Mit Erdbeerpüree leicht vermengen und großzügig in die Baiserschalen füllen. Restliche Erdbeeren waschen,
putzen, halbieren und auf den Baisers verteilen.
